Syracuse High Athletics, in partnership with Ogden Clinic's Bryce Galbraith, DO, will be hosting a physical examination night at the high school on June 1.
WHO: Open to Syracuse High student-athletes ONLY. Due to the limited time and staff, we are only able to offer this to Syracuse High students.
COST: $20 (credit card payment only)
WHERE: check-in and waiting area will be in the main gym
WHEN: Fall sports 6:00-6:40 pm, Winter Sports 6:40-7:10 pm, Spring Sports 7:10-8:00 pm

Credit or debit card for payment
Syracuse High student ID. Freshman can bring their junior high student ID.
